As many of you, I’m guessing, my 2021 did not end up the way I imagined it. I started the year out with many hopeful ideas – the Pandemic would end, activities would resume, life would get back to “normal,” etc., etc., but those hopeful ideas were quickly put aside as reality hit and the second year of chaos ensued. However, for me, one very positive thing that DID happen during 2021 is that I was able to pursue my dream of becoming a fabric designer! While it has been a lot of work, and so much fun, it has, in truth, not left much time for sewing. This year, I want to make sure to have some time for both. Sew, without further ado, here is my Top 10 List of patterns that I would like to try in 2022 (in no particular order)!
So, there you have it – my Top 10, well, actually Top 11 List of patterns that I want to sew up this year. I guess that means I have to report back when I actually get these sewn up, LOL! That’s ok – we’ll count this as my unofficial accountability list. I’m also interested in this Sew 30 I’ve been hearing about – try to sew up items using 30 yards of fabric that you already have on hand before buying any new fabric. I’m pretty sure I can do this, I mean other than Christmas PJ’s I didn’t really sew much at all in 2021. Sounds like a challenge coming on. Maybe we need to make it a little more official……
😊Happy Sewing!
